Shipping & Delivery
Chromaticity Cosmetics processes orders within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time does not include shipping time.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Chromaticity Cosmetics is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of cosmetic products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is missing an item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at chromaticitycosmetics@ gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.
After reviewing your claim, Chromaticity Cosmetics may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Ingredients & Allergy Disclaimer
Every product listing includes a complete ingredient list so customers can make informed purchasing decisions before placing an order.
By purchasing from Chromaticity Cosmetics, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the ingredient list for each product and have determined that it is suitable for your personal use.
Do not purchase or use any product if you have a known allergy or sensitivity to any listed ingredient, even in small amounts.
Chromaticity Cosmetics is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, irritation, or other adverse effects resulting from the use of our products when all ingredients have been clearly disclosed prior to purchase.

Handmade Product Disclaimer
Many of our products are handmade in small batches. Because of this, slight variations in color, shimmer, scent, texture, fill appearance, or overall appearance may occur from one product or batch to another.
Small air bubbles are normal and do not affect the quality, safety, performance, or amount of product received.
Minor variations are expected due to the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.
We make every effort to accurately display our products through photographs. However, colors may appear differently depending on your device, monitor settings, lighting conditions, and individual screen calibration. Chromaticity Cosmetics cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your screen will exactly match the product you receive.
